Plenty of swell around this weekend for the South West corner of WA but unfortunately the wind didn’t really come to the party…there were still some great waves getting into protected bays and points on Sunday in spite of the wind. Hurley dude, Yadin Nichol was out on Sunday arvo carving apart the onshi lumps and boosting way above the lip…he had a camera crew in tow, shooting footage for his section in a new Hurley movie.
Dang, that kid can punt!
The winds were a bit more mellow on Monday, but the crowd wasn’t. It seems to get busier down there by the weekend! We still managed to grab a few cheekies at one of the bays…
