The southwest has kept the good oil flowing with more epic winter conditions last weekend and over the week - solid southern ocean groundswells coupled with light offshore winds, mmm. And despite being school holidays there haven’t been many crew around. It seems up north is the new down south with reports of bumper to bumper lineups in Nor’ West WA.
Here’s a b-side a coupla shots of Dave Delroy-Carr at a little reef south of Margies from last week.
And Rohan Annersley rock hopping his way to tube town…
Clean up sets = grief…
It’s always hard to tear yourself away from good waves but Perth is a beautiful city to come home to.
Weekend Warrior Special Interest Piece: My girlfriend works at the zoo and I was lucky enough to get a sneak preview of the new baby gibbon, Li-Lian who has been stealing the limelight from the other animals. Classic little critter eh!
Unfortunately it looks like the dream run of epic surf is over this weekend so might have to head out of town to get anything quality…Might have to head north!
Hope you have a good one!
